This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping products purchased through our website at https://www.unitedss.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. For additional terms governing your purchase, please review our Terms of Service.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information where applicable.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Available shipping options may include:
• Standard Shipping: 1-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1-4 business days
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. All shipping fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These estimates are based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. United Surveying Supplies is not liable for delays beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, if available. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number or have issues tracking your order, please contact us at sales@united-ss.com.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy. For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage and packaging to assist with the claim process.
